My big peeve is having one of Gourmet Magazines top Exec's share a recipe. The one for Fricka sorry if my spelling is wrong. The whole Idea of giving a recipe is to give the recipe. Which includes the cooking time for the dish! Do we put in a cold oven and hope for the best? Or in a Super hot oven and yank it out with a fire extinguisher at the last minute? Yes I'm pretty sure it's probably around 350 to 400 Degree oven she's cooking in. However I've not got the money to spend making the dish over and over at different temps until I hit the right one.
Yes, I know the show has a link for their recipes. However they have tons of recipes that aren't personally presented by one of Gourmet's Top Guru's available there. How about tossing us out at least a bone or two during the episode.
