This is an oddly watchable TV show, in spite of the fact that it is boring, disjointed, and mind-numbing. I can't help imagining that those who give it 5 stars do so because it reflects like a painting the abstract pain, fear, and aggression which is their person. In other words, losers like this show because they can relate to it.

We all have a little bit of loser in us, however; and sitting in a chair exhausted and neurotic, and mentally drained, this seems to fill a certain void. Whatever the identity of the star actress, she carries herself cutely, and has a smile which makes me keep watching.

Some reviewers complained of dry humor, but I think that's just people who're used to the typical US sitcom style of rapid fire jokes, whereas this is more humor by situation.
