In the meth case, the closing argument was grossly & flagrantly wrong !This Prosecutor deserves to be sanctioned.He tells the Jury: "If you believe EVERYTHING they said, then you should return a verdict of Not Guilty."WRONG.If the Jury believed ANYTHING they said, then it is Not Guilty.The Prosecutor Misrepresented the standard of proof.Luckily, the Jury did find Not Guilty.The Prosecutor should have been required to pay the Defendant's Legal fees (to the Public Defender's Office presumably).
