One of the best sci-fi shows that I've seen on television in the last thirty years. Sorry that I'm not in the key demo for the show as per other comments; I just like good story telling, drama, action, and good acting. I think that the show is achieving all of those objectives at this point and it would be a shame to not see if it can't turn it all up a notch in a third season.

Timeslot won't matter. Hulu/DVR/bittorrent won't matter. What matters is: "Do FOOLS like this show?"Because the saying doesn't go: "A smart person and their money are soon parted."Television really is simple: if the idiots like it, it stays. They are the ones more easily conned out of their money, thus, they are the target audience.Any wonder why the "male, age 18-35" target is ideal? They are the most easily manipulated (and theoretically, have their own money to spend). Yeah, I'm home most of the time and for me everything happens over the internet. That means work as well as entertainment. I'm sure there are more people doing this also. So, I think you're right, that Neilson rating is not an accurate account of who's watching and definitely not up to date with the access for shows.   See 12 other replies

Let's see... there's hulu, DVR, iTunes, not to mention bittorrent... When you think of the ways people in that demographic can get their shows delivered to them, why does any network think the Neilson ratings are accurate.
