I'm only 14 minutes into this movie and I can already tell that it is nothing but a blatant effort of propaganda. I'm sure that in 1942 there weren't too many who would criticize Hollywood for this. However, having already read "The Dancing Men", and having seen this much of the movie, I can't believe that the theme of cryptanalysis will be treated with the same detail that Conan Doyle put into the story. I could be wrong, but I'm willing to take that chance and move onto something more interesting. By the way, to the earlier comment about the bricks in the street, the London Blitz took place in 1940 and 1941. But, don't expect Hollywood to care much about verisimilitude.
