Let me tell you something! Yes you are right the country needs more jobs and more awareness campaigns, but what is truely killing millions of people is APATHY AND POVERTY ! If more people were willing to speak about the issues that plague our societies that would be the first step to fixing the problem.Second of all, I would love for you to explain how female empowerment (feminism) will cause a country to crumble? To tell you the truth this sounds like non-sequitur and sexism meshed in the same statement!
Another thing, your statement "If women cared about men instead of their own empowerment the world would be a much better place" doesn't make sense to me. Women have always cared about men. Women are usually good mothers, wives, and sisters. I think you should say "If men were willing to respect and love women and not treat them as property the world would be a better place." Sweet heart who is getting sold into brothels most of the time? Men or women? And you think women don't need to be empowered? The way you go about Women is very sad indeed, You must have tragic time with a woman.
For if you had studied the world history and religion you will see it is Man who starts the war and man who profit from woman's misery by selling and trading them. Not to mention that almost 90% of crimes and act of violence is Man.
And if you were dropped on to your mothers lap by miracle it is a Woman's body who endures all the pain of giving a birth to you or any other man
It amazes me when man talks of woman's right as an annoys. Even god has brought out eve from the ribs of adm to be his equal: not above nor below.
Perhaps all woman should stop giving birth to all males in order to create a better balance of the world.

Seriously a tragic situation. This is another women helping women and demanding people help women as if women are the only ones alive.If women cared about men instead of their own empowerment the world would be a much better place. India is an example of women's empowerment, with this video showing the plight of the other women. Women rule this country. Women, women, women and that's all women care about is women. The marginalization of women around the globe and particularly in the sex trade is astounding. India is sadly a very gender imbalanced society with a culture that reinforces the acceptance of ones circumstances. But the epidemic of HIV/AIDS and sex trade is not limited to India. Burma/Myanmar and Thailand are notorious for their sex trade and over 30% of the women working in sex trade in those countries were sold by a father/brother/or friend, not to mention the frightening recruiters that travel to these countries convincing young girls parents to trade their daughters for a television. Unfortunately, in these countries the worth of women is minimal. If a girl is born she is the inheritance of her future husbands family not her own. In her own family she is a burden and it is instilled in her from birth that it is her duty to care for her family because she owes them her existence. Also, many of these people are Buddhist and believe that their circumstances are their destiny because if it wasn't then their lives would be something else. They accept their suffering. Many live in complete and total shock, fear and indifference. Virgin girls from the age of eight or nine are sold for the pleasure of the white and Japanese virgin seeking crowd. They believe if they have sex with a virgin child it will lessen their chance of contracting HIV/AIDS and some even believe it will give them youthfulness. An incredibly moving film that exposes this horrific truth of the exploitation and marginalization of women in Thailand and Burma/Myanmar is the film "Anonymously, Yours". Watch it.
