There are a few things that I would have liked to see in this episode. For instance, the Nox. Or the Asgard. Tollan people have so far proved technologically superior, have a very remarkable and effective infrastructure and yet seem to be total idiots. All in the same sentence. They are the least resourceful people in SG.
