I try to do this workout everyday, and I've noticed that I feel more energized each day. The workouts are simple, slightly challenging, but also effective and fun. The trainer gives helpful tips and stays supportive through the whole video (which is important if, like me, you feel like bailing out halfway through due to laziness!) The stretching at the end is a nice finishing touch that really helps me cool down.
Would suggest this for anyone looking for a simple, 20-minute workout to do in the morning. Would not suggest this for those with weak hips or knees.
