I myself am Chinese so I somewhat understand the culture and being of why males are more preferred than females but what I seem to not understand is how the Chinese government can allow the adoption of Chinese girls by foreigners. Since the balance of males vs. females are severely being tipped to the males side, this allowance of Chinese government for foreigners to adopt Chinese girls helps fan the current situation of overpopulated males. Yes, I'm actually happy to see that some people in the world who have betters lives chose to share it with those that are less fortunate but this still helps create the problem of how China is going to be severely imbalanced. On a side note; Because of the blooming Chinese economy, many more people are having two or three kids. More people were willing to pay the fines in order to have more kids.
