This show was good, but I see why it got cancelled. I liked Neil Patrick Harris as Spidey, and the voice acting was good, but the animation was a low point. They tried to make it a comic-looking 3D but it just came across as bad CGI. The story-line was good sometimes and just awful at other times. It was really random the way they jumped stories, each episode was it's own story arch and it made the show as a whole seem sporadic. It had potential but did not live up to expectations :(

Hulu - it's really annoying to me that you would put this in the "Kids" genre. The adult situations, Mary Jane dressed like a hooker.... are you kidding me?

It needs to be in the arrested development adolescent adult genre with American Dad and all the other cartoon crap.

I couldn't watch this pas the first 30 seconds with my children.

-First off, you could always skip past the first commercial break. that way you won't have to see the recap.

-yeah, i see where you're coming from on that on. anticlimactic.
-She's in a coma because she got in way over her head.
-Spiderman pretty much wiped out the big crime lords in Manhattan (ie Kingpin) and without spidey to put them down, no one would be able to stop them. So, it was actually beneficial to them.
-This was just a show that was riding the wave of success made by the movie. It wasn't supposed to set the stage for anything. They end they show there because if they ever decided to start it up again, they would have fans waiting to see what happens when spiderman comes back. See 1 other reply

-First off, they did not need 2 full minutes to recap part one. Come on, guys. Slim it down.
Anyway, on to the important stuff.
-So...Spidey fights Kraven, he realizes it was a dream, so he knows MJ is still alive? That was...anticlimactic.
-You wanna know Indy’s in a coma? It isn’t because being Spider-Man puts people in danger. It’s because charging in without a plan is idiotic.
-Wait, how does discrediting Spider-Man free up the Manhattan crime scene? Spider-Man doesn’t run the crime scene. That’s totally stupid. Who wrote this crap?
-Nice. Spidey didn't even try to bring them in alive.
-Why the hell would they end the show there? I thought this was supposed to set the stage for Spider-Man 2. What a gyp.

They really need to bring this back. I watched this when it came out on MTV and was greatly disappointed when they abandoned it. They need to bring it back because it was great. Throw the adult fans something. Only kids get super heroes now. It's our turn.

This show gets me excited like the old school one from the 90's did when I was a boy. Good stuff. Hope to see more! I vote 2nd season!

If the show had continued I have a feeling that Indy would have ended up the subject of experimental treatment. Then she'd become a bad guy. Possibly a Jekyll and Hide knock off. See 4 other replies
