If her ears were pierced before she died, or her hymen was broken, then I don;t thionk it would grow back.
It seems, according to the mythology of DLM, that if the soul is taken before death, then the "body" of the dead is healed from the trauma of death. If the soul is not reeped in time, the injury is permanent, for eternity.So, since George was reaped before she was killed, her post-death body does not show signs of the injuries caused by the falling toilet seat. Her pierced ears remain pierced. Her hymen will always be as it was when she was reaped.Since, in the series, she only had one lover, one time, I guess the subsequent condition of her hymen was not an issue.   See 13 other replies
