Bill Kristol nailed it on his assessment of what the Obama Administratiuon should be doing in light of the current goings on, post election in Iran.
The world is watching what is happening on the streets of Tehran. It is truly a crisis I would say. And there would be much to do and say, non militarily, in collaboration with other freedom loving nations, who have already stepped forward, ahead of the U.S. in denouncing the totalitarian thuggery of the ruling regime. Instead, Obama's reaction is tepid and frankly what one might expect of a community organizer. Just words; just speeches.
I remember words from Obama's cheif of staff, Rahm Emanuel “Never allow a crisis to go to waste. They are opportunities to do big things.”
Here is an opportunity, with this crisis, where freedom loving nations lead by this American President, can "do something big" and make the world a safer place in the process by supporting, not the oposition candidate who "lost" the election, but the people on the street over there. And all Obama can do is vote "present".
This administration clearly is not up to the task here on the world stage. Just words; just speeches!
