There were so many things I loved about this movie. It's hard to picture it as some reviewers have described it, "Cute" "Sweet," etc, because this was gritty, painful stuff the family was working through. But it was handled with such love and care and not really any blame to speak of. I truly loved how the main character (Agnes) had reached this point in her life where she was not too worried about how others reacted, but most intent on handling things the way she knew they should be handled in her heart. I loved the direction, the production of it all, the actors were so good that it's like peeking on a real family's delimma's. It is not a hollywood hot mess, just a dysfunctional family that's trying to shed the dreary past and come out into the light. I loved the bond of the sisters and the way the storyline was handled. This is a must see for anyone that has struggled with dysfunction in their family (and I would certainly qualify there). Of course this is a drama, if there are people that are going to sit down to this lovely film and expect flashy or action or comedy, you might want to pick another movie. But this is one heck of a lovely rebirth of family and wonderful drama. And for those that say this film is slow, you're not watching it closely enough.
