I cant wait to try this receipe. If I could I would eat hardshell blues every day. What could be better for the summer, simple and looks yummy. I love Paula Dean. And so happy to see cookin demos on Hulu. Thanks Hulu! Now Im goin to visit Paula on Foodnetwork to see if this receipe is there. If not Hulu, you need to THINK receipes on hulu.com. Maybe every receipe is not practical but a sample for each Chef might be reasonable. Think about it. Hulu rocks.
