When do you think Daniel will learn to stand up to urinate? Such a weak guy. If I had not watched season 10 first I would abandon this show out of disgust for his lack of huevos.

Well, it looks to me like the SG team is improving their aim. XD

Since the goauld wage war with each other all the time I would say they come across enemies that aren't terrified of a their staff weapons.

I think this is where the whole goauld as parasites discussion comes about. During the trial over Skarra's life vs the goauld's Daniel says how all they do is steal technology and bodies and they never really figure anything out for themselves. I feel this is an example of it. They stole the staff weapon tech from the ancients. That's why it's similar to the ori staff weapons.

Now the Ori really wouldn't have enemies that they'd have to fight too hard against. They're all about control and fear so that works out fine for them. Odds are that's just what the goauld found and continued with. See 5 other replies

I don't think Teal'c was breaking down all of the numerous probabilities in his head of how to overcome the situation before him...

He's a trained fighter, in a tight situation. Shooting her, in this context, made complete sense.

Teal'c could have just pushed her over. I mean he was certainly close enough to her. Dont get me wrong, I'm glad she's gone, but its not like teal'c didn't have other options.
