Great movie I haven't seen this one in ages. A great performance from Dennis Weaver.Lets you no how hard that drug can hurt you.Don't make good movies on tv like this with meaning anymore.I loved the ending great scene with Dennis and that couple .Good movie hula keep more tv movies coming like This one.

My best friends dad has been doing coke for around 15 years now. He lost his houses, his cars, his wife, and one of his sons disowned him. He has been sleeping on couches and mooching off of his other son and his mother for as long as I can remember. I was really able to indirectly identify with Eddy in this movie through my friends dad, Chris. It's funny, like Eddy, Chris was a salesman too. Now he's living the rest of his numbered days a broke bum that no one really has any respect for.
I remember a few times looking at him and thinking about how much he wasted. It's sad when a confident middle aged man can't look a 30 year old in the eye because he feels to much shame from what he believes the 30 year old is thinking.

Show this to anyone that you may be concerned about being addicted. Big time movie stars are willing to share with you the TRUTH.

I'm glad that films like this are in the public domain. The performances were excellent and cocaine abuse was not glossed over in any way. Although "Requiem for a Dream" is a much more frighteningly powerful anti-drug movie, "One Man's Seduction" did an excellent analysis of how easy it could be for an 'average Joe' to start using in the first place. This is worth watching.
