Im going to have to grudgingly say that yes the British have better shows than us. Better plays and some better actors too. And by the way. Yes I am American. The better plays does come from some articles I've read about West End vs. Broadway. I would say not so worried about money and more interested in just making good shows and letting creative people do what they do best- do something that's never been done before. i.e. Skins. i.e. The Office (though not the only mockumentary, there was something especially depressing about this show- and I feel Woody Allen and Christopher Guests stuff is a little more plucky.)
