Someone else commented on the character Lisa being insane. It seems to me that this is the problem for men. We think we can have an affair with a married woman, and not suffer from it, but the fact is, the kind of woman you can be safe with does not do that. Therefore, the available pool for an illicit affair is full of unbalanced women.I haven't had extra-marital affairs, but I've been in enough unhealthy relationships that bore some resemblance to this story that I can assert this generalization from experience.

Very slow, new the ending after the first 15 min. Waste of time..........

The entire film did it's due diligence with the most bizarre of sexual scenarios to shock and disturb.
This flick almost lost me on the first few minutes of social more' whereas I thought the apparent sexual innuendos of the rest of the movie were simply to oogie for me to watch. Although safe, sane, and consensual seemed to bow out, the plot developed (albeit on the slow side) in a manner that at least kept me guessing.
The acting was believable down to the awesome ability for an actor to blush on cue. As far as music, the selection could stand a remix.
Overall, SEX AND CONSEQUENCES would have been easier to rate higher if not for a moral agenda of the age issue for me.

I related strongly to the script. The dialogue was so real!
This film was disturbing in so many ways, but I couldn't stop watching.

you can clearly see this lady was not sane. she WANTED to get caught. i think that the accident she had with her daughter made her go insane.

The acting was good, but the plot was horrible. This had as much story line technique as a porno. Maybe this one is more the a scene long.
