Quintessential 50's B&W thriller. Fantastic cars throughout. Cone bras. Dumb Innocent. Sexy Lady. Mixed bag of African dancing, stock footage, terrible sets, odd framing, great music, sacrifices, and men handling dolls-what more could you want? Wish I could give it 4.5 stars but I'm feeling generous so 5.
A movie about a devil worshiping murderous cult with witches, voodoo dolls, postmen and infidelity. How very original push beyond star trek style of the 50's - 60's. I can still hear the static on the film. I totally dig the humongous contemplating sitting Buddha statue behind the starry white witch's back that starts at 33:01 & again at 49:00 and at 56:30. It's like something you'd only see in Las 00-Vegas. Passionate make out scenes begins at 52:00. That's one bad witch beyond Bewitched.
