Jack's natural talent and style shows up beautifully in the first 5 minutes or so - THEN, unfortunately he had to earn his buck and simply followed the Director and his leading for the day. If he could have just been allowed a little more freedom. The "direction" makes him and the others fall into that style of the high school play so prevalent then. I'm glad he made it later.
AND THE ENDING - well, like many of the shows - they didn't have Rod Serling yet to give it that twist. They just ended - like a radio show would.
THE COMMERCIALS of course are interesting and KREISLER history is too.
These episodes were quite good, all things considered, with really nothing to compare themselves to, and a budget to work within. You can see various little improvements over many of the episodes - THIS ONE SAVED SOME BUCKS and went for the radio-style ORGAN music. Also ARTHUR RANKIN Jr. managed to get his vision going with better credit graphics no doubt, as they also had a better look later on.

Stick around for "The Indian and the Reporter from Frisco" story, which sounds like the lead into an offcolor joke but isn't. In the end, there is just an end. It does seem to swirl around a lot and ultimately just ...end.

A story that goes nowhere pretty slowly, but the performances are pretty good, and the use of a few extra sets instead of just one (like most ToT eps) is really a bonus.Perhaps the best reason to watch this is Olive Deering, who plays "Ginny". She is smoking hot in every outfit she wears, and enough of a distraction that any man would put his quest on hold to spend an evening with her instead. The temperature went up to 101 every time she walked in the room!Yowza!!!
