The Please stand by line only appeared when it aired on network or non premium cable channels as the credits were followed immediately by commercials. For the first run showtime airings if i recall no such line would appear See 2 other replies

I remember distintly, at the end of every episode's opeing monolog

That last line. I remember cause it made it for me.

I find myself having to say it every time I watch one of these and the announcer doesn't say it! Shoot, to me it kinda takes something away... just those three words.

Hmph, don't know if anyone else remembers it, but it always stood out in my mind. Kinda Cool techy ahead of its time.

I really hated these Outer Limits shows where they took a bunch of clips from other episodes and strung them together tied in with new scenes. What a waste!!! And they did it far too often!!!

The clips about a spaceship crew going insane from 'space madness' was also inaccurate. S6E4 Manifest Destiny clearly places alien spirits as the cause of the madness. See 2 other replies

Would have been great without the flashbacks. It could easily have been fleshed out cheaply. How expensive is it to buy a good story?

I also don't quite get the finale. It seems like a non-rational, angry answer.

I noticed that as well.
The fusion bomb that took out the 100,000 people happened in a supposed future where they banned technology but two time travelers made there way to it. That was the season finale from another season I believe. One chick was on trial, one dude nuked them all. See 2 other replies
