I love this movie, everything about it! Fantastic acting, writing, direction, story twists... It's my favorite of Melanie's next to Working Girl. I love how it turns from comedy to drama to thriller, and does it so well! Jonathan Demme is a genius.
so, what do you think?this wasn't made in the 2000's where they can airbrush live action!!!!!this is one of those movies i came across late one nite on hbo or cinemax in 1987.
Thanks Hulu. I was pleasantly surprised by this movie. It's a pretty entertaining film. Like other people have said in reviews, it's hard to call a comedy. It's a movie about relationships, mistakes, jealousy. There are also a couple of thoughtful philosophical jabs at suburbia and the business world in this movie. It was fun to see Ray Liotta when he was a lot younger. All in all, not a bad movie at all.
