Two "rights" of living in America is the right to work hard and keep the benefits of that hard work, and the second is that when you are successful you have the right to pas the money you have made on to your children when you pass.
From what I can see of the negative comments here they are people complaining about things not being fair. They are complaining that they haven't been treated with the same kid gloves.
Would it be fair if government taxed you at a higher rate? Would it be fair if you worked hard for something and the government took a huge portion of it, or all of it, to pay for others simply because they hadn't worked as hard, had the same ideas or were born into the same family? Would it be fair if you had people banging on your door telling you how to spend YOUR money? It would not. So stop the hypocrisy and call it what it is, greedy jealousy. Personally I say good on these people for making it. I hope I do as well someday.
And lest we forget, when you or I make a little extra money it goes to a small luxury item like a new tv or clothing or some such thing. But when the incredibly wealthy have "extra" money it often goes into the creation and investment of small and new companies, which creates more work and higher paying jobs which benefits everyone.
I remember a story about hunting crabs, and how you don't need to put a lid on the bucket because those on the bottom do their best to climb out by grabbing those that climb to the top and pull them back down.
Great wealth is good for us all.
You are better than the crabs. Don't forget it.
You are better than the looters. Act like it.
