I have my own disagreement with climate change, we just had the coolest summer in my lifetime, clearly the fact that the sun also has had the least amount of solar flare activity this last year should be clear and concise evidence that the " man is causing global warming" is full of hot air. temperature change is cyclical and directly related to the suns activity, not ours. Enough of that malarkey. to the real and necessary need to conserve energy and all resources especially water, This is a greater threat to our planet and its species, we are systemically poisoning ourselves and our water. Approximately 90% of drugs are discharged in urine and poisoning the fish in our lakes and streams which in turn comes back to our childrens drinking water. what also is coming back are the pesticides in lawn care and farming. spraying chemicals that are poisonous and toxic not only to insects but would kill a human if directly ingested in massive amounts to control a few bugs that could be alternately taken care of and or prevented or a permissible amount that would not adversarially effect the crop. microbes can break these poisons down if we put them to work[engineer them and apply them]. City water supplies have to do a better job of cleaning the water, the problem is there is no model for removing chemicals other than steam distillation, no no no, reverse osmosis doesnt do it. Look it up, it only filters down to .05 microns. the chemicals, lead, pesticides all still in there, and in some places radioactive or heavy metal material [yes, very serious] mercury, yep, thats why they test fish in all municipalities and tell you how much of certain types of fish is healthy for you to eat./? yeah, never heard of that either, its real, all our inland lakes are polluted to some degree and so they came up with an acceptable level for us to eat, great HUH?, Back to the point, purifying the water, not just filtering out the crap you can see and smell, but actually pure water, you remember it was called H20, now its 97 percent H20 and 3 percent???????? a whole list of chemicals. Bottled water is merely tap water, unless of course your buying the good stuff that comes in a glass bottle. I believe in the private sector developing these things, they can be extremely profitable, especially the water, but once the gov gets involved, holy schmoke and choke, with red tape and the thing the fed does best,,WASTE.
