Spoiler alert. Why didn't she go to jail for murder?

The episode was interesting to watch but I didin't like the ending at all.

She didin't really have any logical reason to kill her husband. He didin't have a weapon in his hands and she had no proof whatsoever that he was about to push her down the stairs. The baby had memories, he was NOT psychic. The husband did do something very stupid in a moment of uncontrolled anger but it was still an accident, though terrible, he never purposely beat up or meant to kill the boy. And even with memories returning most children at that age would have trauma but wouldn't really be able to comprehend killing their own parent. I'm honestly not sure which one had that desire but it was a stupid and unprovoked attack. I felt sorry for him. Yes I felt sorry for the boy too. This could have been done a lot better with more twists and better acting.

This episode is just awesome.Obviously, the premise is impossible. A bundle of nerve cells couldn't possibly grow into a brain containing the memories of the original brain. There's just no way. The information had already been lost.Even so, it's a great episode.

The whole episode dragged. When it became apparent what the twist would be, it was a waiting game for the delivery. The unrealistic and plodding climax did nothing for me. The old man was not threatening, he just stood around like a zombie and spoke softly from scene to scene.Blah episode.

The doc prolly cloned the politician because he funded her whole wing at the hospital hence backing her research. She may be trying to repay him, have been in love with him, or he may have brought up the idea that he wanted it done in a previous conversation. As for the wife shooting him, he obviously thought the lies and his career were more important than fessing up. If it was really an accident he wouldn't have covered it up and he would have apologized to the baby. He didn't. And it was self defense, what pregnant mother in her right mind lets the sleazy politician that killed her child before and lied and covered it up get close enough for another try? Get some sense people. I liked this episode enough to remember it years after I first saw it. About 5 minutes in I remembered everything but Graham being cloned at the end. That doesn't happen with most other episodes I've seen.
