So in the beginning it stated the world had ended. This is what they truly believed which is a fin premise. Yet in two different scenes on the bus a red vehicle drove by in the opposite direction. Which was referencing that they are mentally ill and under the illusion it ended. Which the nurse coming back at the end solidified this conclusion. This all brings up a great question, why would you leave a group of mentally ill patients alone and unattended. This nurse was endangering a lot of people by doing this and should have known better. A security guard or someone should always be watching them. They kidnapped a little girl. This was a good beginning to a movie, but it was only half written. I think it would have been better if they finished the story line and took out all of the slow fill scenes.
