this is my first time watching HOUSE.... and this ep is really good i like the way that people find out the answer

I loved "House." I don't care who plays in it, or how ofter the cast changes, i just love the puzzles and the strange medical problems. I wish there were more episodes up.

My standing applause continues for Hugh Laurie's ability to "commit": Even in rapidfire banter with fellow Brit, Steve Valentine, he is in character and grounded enough to keep his accent from "going home." He has built an American (though blueblooded, Main Line) character, and his brain is here with us Yanks. His idiomatic melodies are pitch-perfect. The only time he goes British on us is S1:E6, "The Socratic Method," when reading Yeats's "Her Praise," written in pseudoliturgical/Medieval style. so irresistible for Laurie to return to dinner table poetry recitation mode.

I can't really put it into words, but I liked "House" a lot better in the first season. These later episodes just don't have the same greatness that made the show so great in its early episodes. I miss the old cast.
