You are the worst person i've ever had the misfortune of coming across. You really can't see the big picture can you, you think that all theese people know what HIV/AIDS is, how to protect themselves from it, or if they have it? How do you solve theese problems? you can't just tell those people to sit down and behave. And as far as issues like prostitution these aren't ankle deep problems either where you tell the men to stop. You have to look at why the girls are doing it. A lot of times these girls come from no - income families and you cant' just get a job at WAL-MART there. They are forced into it, it's the only way to get money and eat food. Even for access to clean water from all of these charity well foundations are still charging them money . They are facing bigger problems and you can't solve a problem like AIDS by grouping them up and telling them to stop . STDs can't be effectively stopped in Africa unless they get proper education and protection distribution centers. And what kind of leader would spend money on an educational center when half the people in his country are starving. Honestly you wrote you post like you solved a quantum physics theory but it's all the people like you who dont realize the root problems that are getting in the way.
