It's not Hulu independent company, Universal which is a subsidiary of NBC Universal, and one several owner with interest in Hulu, the content owners decide how they release "THEIR" content and the order it appears. Even with Hulu being partially owned by NBC, Hulu doesn't control the content. They've listed the episodes just like they did the DVD's, and people complained about the DVD's episodes as well as the stripped down music.

Actually physicists has argued that if the time line was altered for some reason, then an alternate time will be created, so if Scott leaves a note for his future, it wouldn't be the future he leaped from.

You're right invader, A portrait for Troian was Season 2, Episode 11 - which explains why the end of Episode 10 (which is a CLASSIC) was shown at the beginning. What Price Gloria? is actually Season 2, Episode 4. Hulu should get this straight!
