I was very disappointed in this episode. I am a Carter Oosterhouse fan, but not even his charm can save this one. I like the water feature Jake made but the rest of the finished project was worse than a 5th grade arts & crafts disaster. I would have died were I the home-owner and had to first pretend I liked this grotesque excuse for outdoor "art" for the tv audience and then God-forbid (!) have to look at it every time I wanted to enjoy my new outdoor space. I found it online and watched it because I normally enjoy this HGTV show, because I normally enjoy this HGTV show, but this older episode seems to be rough. I must say his new shows are much better, featuring good designs and some very artistic work on Mr. Oosterhouse's part. I guess even Mr. Gorgeous can have a bad day, so it's lucky that I could at least look at Carter to take my eyes of his worst reveal ever. Sorry Carter, I still think you are cute!
