I have been watching Cosmos on hulu.com
I watched it when it came out.
I love the program.
My high school teacher had documentaries where Dr. Carl Sagan would make comments. That was the first time I was him.
I am grateful to that teacher who played those films. That was in the 1970 where you had to get a projector that used films on reals.The episode I was just watching was The Harmony of the Worlds.
The life of Johannes Kepler,
I found it interesting how the show ended pointing out how someone can admit to being wrong even if his convictions had him strive to prove a belief. That is the heart of science.Dr. Sagan also said that before Kepler astronomy had little connection with physical reality.I thought how astronomy has a loud message of spiritual reality,
the reality that Dr. Sagan knows now.
The same reality we will all know.The reality that God created the cosmos,

What I find interesting is how Sagan incorporates the history, social climate, influences and the then contemporary thinking behind the great thinkers in their quest for the heart of science. A truly remarkable and entertaining series.
