I've watched 4 episodes and I can certainly tell you that this show is for chicks, written by women, and I must be gaylord to watch this many episodes. I must like Ron Livingston's acting to keep up the charade so long, which probably makes me more gaylord. The premise that all crises are due to a broken relationship should have raised more red flags. This show is not about saving hostages; it is a show about FBI agents in taboo love trysts. Ron's character plays on women who believe in equal rights, but still crave having men who fight for their honor. Ron's character would give his life for that of his partner's making him a true hero - a knight in shining armor- in many a person's eyes, but Rosemarie's character refuses his chivalry, believing she should be treated differently. Because of her expertise and intelligence she has definitely earned the right to be treated as a women to be reckoned with, but at every turn it feels like she just wants to find the vulnerability in Ron so she can fall more deeply in love with him. The male villains act as though they were under the spell of the women controlling them. The same goes for the male lead. It's an unrealistic portrayal of men and it's no wonder why the show was cancelled. They should have marketed this show on Lifetime.
