I'm a lifelong Razorback fan from Louisiana(hate lsu).
With no head coach on the sidelines, key injuries, kicking/special teams woes, tons of off-the-field distractions and many other problems going on in Fayetteville, the Hogs have had many issues to deal with this season... HUGE negative effect(s) on the team, and this game was evidence of that.
McFadden has been a beast 90% of the time during the season, but for this game the interim coach used and leaned on Dmac too much. Our lack of a passing game helped the Tiger defense key on the run.
Our Defense was a little uninspired for this game, and it showed often. TONS of missed assignments and bad overall execution; the defense often looked lost and confused. They seemed to have forgotten that you tackle the guy with the ball.
Not taking anything away from Mizzou. They have a great team on both Offense and Defense. Pinkel is a good coach and his gameplan was solid, obviously.
His team was very prepared and they were definitely good enough to play in a bigger game than the Cotton.

We shouldn't have lost as bad as we did, but sometimes the wheels just fall off.
Congrats to Mizzou for their big win in this one, I think they still remembered Arkansas beating them 27-14(it could easily have been 41-14) in the '03 Independence Bowl a few years earlier and wanted revenge.
Good news did arrive however for Razorback fans - new Head Coach Bobby Petrino should boost recruiting, input more of a Spread Offense, and firmup the Defense with better coaching on basics, tackling and better schemes.
Look for the Hogs to be in BCS games on a regular basis after 2010!
