I have to say that this was the best ever episode that I have seen yet on this show. And the guest star who they called Angela "the accidental negotiator"....is a long time favorite actress/comedian of mine. She did a great job in this episode, and it was like I was there, feeling all the drama and emotions with everyone on this episode.
Great story line. Kind of sad in a way at the end, but it made it more real, more true life. That there is not always a "story book" ending in life's situations. Great writing, and the plot to this one was more what you would see on the news, and made this show look more human and not so robotic like some of the other "cop" shows on the t.v. these days.
