I just found this old show...it's kind of a great idea to take a B movie and expand it into a series. A great way for film makers to break into the business. Im not saying its amaturish at all, you can see its well done as far as filming, lighting, sets, wardrobe, expensive camera angles, the actors are decent also. The basic storyline is the standard B horror flick, monster vrs people. The writing is formulated but then thats what makes a B movie a B. Usually its the actors that can transform a B into somthing greater.
Good pilot, looking forward to watching the rest of the series. It will be interesting to see if the last episode is done as well as the first episode is, or if they just speed thru the filming to lower the budget. In any case, great idea to convert a B flick to a series. So far its a thumbs up from me.

the set-up at least has nice early Speilberg feel
right down to lines like "Where're all the fish?"plus the whole "Splash" on acid references.looks like it's gonna be a fun ride.
