Very true! I was thinking the same thing since he was found at three years old without knowing any sort of emotion but, I wonder who are his parents and hows does one become a half breed? In this episode they said he can't use the divine power from the Gods but he already did without training I hope his true power is unleashed because he is always getting beat.   See 10 other replies

Ouri wasn't too much younger than Makina when she died, and actually overheard part of the phone conversation in which Keisei learned of the demise of the Hoshimura family. Ouri is definitely not Makina's son. They're about the same age now.Hazama of the Seven Stars claims that he deliberately targeted the Hoshimura family to make a shikabane hime out of Makina. There is something about Makina's nature while she was alive that carried over into her undeath that is important. My theory is that Makina is the Shikabane of Love (the heartbroken romantic kind with a dash of despair for seasoning, not the passionate sexual kind). They already had a Shikabane of Beauty and a Shikabane of Happiness, so why not?Another of the Seven Stars seems to be particularly interested in Ouri, because of his dual nature.
