Loved this show when it came out just around when i was in high school. it was a great theme then as tv was shifting from the always happy and light series of the 80s showing alittle darker side to fiction. Though there were shows before this that dualt in darker fiction they werent a regular storyline show that dealt with the same characters every week. this show really made way for the type of crime drama that people enjoy today. were the episodes dont always leave you walking away with the feeling that everything will be ok..\

It was a great show when it first aired and is a great show yrs later.

I remember this show when it first came on tv when i was only 6 years old and i have loved it ever since, very original. The back and fourth between the present and past was great and this show was one of the few short lived shows that actually had a conclusion.

Old, not necessarily, and certainly there were not several "vampire detective shows" unless you know better and can name them......obviously you don't get out much....

One of several "vampire detective" shows that have been out, and easily the worst. Yeah, everything is dated and the production values suck, but the worst part is that they smother the show in it. It's cheesy and boring, not worth your time.
