If you can't deal with alpha people and feel everyone needs to be loved just look at walmart. Equal opportunity does not mean better quality. I'm not talking about anything other then the fact that employers are forced to cater the weak. "Tod yelled at me and said I was stupid when I messed up" Make him stop so I can continue to mess up and have no consequences. All the while it has to do with higher expectations of suzie who was yelled at.
since being reprimanded is so scary and demeaning Tod will be punished.

I disagree with you.I have the same amount of years as you and yes when I first got to place the foul language was there, BUT I pulled meeting with staff and told them upfront. I do not want my kids, someone elses kids, my Mom or Dad or others family to hear it and first out burst gets you sent home no matter how much we need you next you are gone. Yes it was tested by three at one time. Yes they were sent home and yes we survived and everything was so much smoother. Everyone comminted on ho much more fun it was to work with less tension. We atually learned at each place to have this talk before hand and do what was necessary and the individual places ran with better labor and better moral........go figure....daaaaaaaaaaa   See 6 other replies
