To those who don't know it, this is a movie version of an old table top game that ripped off Warhammer 40,000 pretty shamelessly (Mutant chronicles: the game came out in '93 and Warhammer goes all the way back to the early 80s). The movies armies look exactly like Warhammer's Imperial Guard Units and the mutants look exactly like Chaos/Khornate heretics. Even the religious caste as holders of lost technology idea goes back to the old Warhammer 40k Universe. That aside, it's pretty much a straight to video/Sci Fi channel quality affair. Just suprised that Malkovich and Perlman got roped in to this.
