I saw the first episode and was simultaneously entertained and annoyed. The three characters were such extreme caricatures of hammy modern non-violent "Three Strooges." But, I don't know, maybe it was the music, but I watched the next 3 episodes. I feel now that it can't be held to the same standards of a situation comedy, that it's more fair to think of it as long-form or theme based sketch comedy with the three characters filling every needed role while mocking the drama, tragedy, tension, and comedy which other shows would treat seriously. So, yeah, I'm taking the "it only seems bad because it's so good" road.
