The major players in the Plotkin insider trading scheme were already greedy. People don't work on Wall Street because they care about other people or want to make the world a better place. They were already making unhealthy sums of money. That's the nature of the stock market-you win and lose large amounts of money easily. They were used to making large amounts of money without any toil or sweat. The Al Parish guy was so well respected and would be considered successful to most Americans. His story was just sad because he screwed over people to their faces and many needed the money he stole to live. Worst of all...this idiot bought ink pens. Who spends 2 millions dollars on pens? He spent millions of dollars on worthless tacky crap.
