The ignorance of bigotry and lack of imagination demonstrated by these comments show what a daughting road awaits Obama and those of us who follow. The inaugural speech (as all of his previous speechs) indicate that Obama has identified the problems with America and suggested paths to solutions. Most of us did not even see these problems coming until 1 year ago. He loves America, he thinks like an American. Being an American is more than merely being born in this Country. It is a recognition that none of us is any better than the next , no matter what our Statehood, Religion, Nationality, or Race. The fact remains that we all have been and will continue to suffer under the selfish and greedy poliicies of his Successors.What Obama Said in his Inaugal Address was that WE ( the distinctively diverse citizens of these United States )MUST change our ignorant and selfserving ways of life and Each of Us MUST do something to help our neighbor and therefore our selves. You can not sit back and depend on Obama to do ALL of the work to put us back on the path. YOU must Act or Nothing will change

This is a time in our lifes that we need to keep our heads up and look foward to a good future. I am a 19 year old college student attending Auburn University and it is very sad to hear full grown adults talking bad about this right in front of the younger college generation. Doing so has pretty much set the standard and told every young person that there is absolutely no hope, so why should anybody be motivated to do anything with their lives. We could all just quit our jobs, quit life, go on welfare and wait for the end, or we can go through this all together as a country and be happy for the future ahead and even if it ends up bad, than so be it, being pessimistic about it every waking minute is not going to help anything. I personally did not vote for him, but there is nothing we can change now. Now i feel bad that i did not vote for him cause i honestly think he is going to do some great things with this country. He already went completely against his religious beliefs and sworn in under God so that right there should show you enough that he is willing to do anything for this country.
