I took note to Tim Roth when I first saw him play the enigmatic jazz pianist in The Legend of 1900. He has that buzz to his acting that just sets him apart from other mainstream stars, how he can express so much of his individuality in whatever role he plays. His persona just keeps you guessing.
This is obvious but one still has to note how hard it is to shoot a show like this. Every expression the characters show have to be there, in perfect context, and subtle at the same time, thus making a noteworthy representation of one facet of human nature in the show "Lie to Me". Very unique, surprisingly original with good music and decent actors, very enjoyable and worth your hour.
