Self-Evaluation to the Extreme
Such a mind opening show, it's fun to watch each contestant slowly learn more about themselves and how to help themselves in the outside world through solitary and self-reflection as well as Val showing them which actions they keep repeating such as anger or beating themselves up despite winning a challenge.
Also, although some of the episodes have repeated sections, if you skip ahead to each further dot eventually it catches up, almost as if it were two different edits of the show accidentally grafted together. Was this review helpful?

technical glitch
Well at least episode 3 is back. But there is about 30 minutes of repeated video in this and the next episode. Towards the end of the show, the show starts from the beginning, I found pretty much where I left off by jumping to the last segment.

Episode 5 all messed up
In addition to episode 3 being missing Episode 5 starts over half way through. The time is still correct but it appears the tape is looped and you never see the spinning challenge.
