I totally agree Peter is totally using his family business as a piggy bank. I worked at a pizza place and girls would do IOU's taking money from the register without paying it back. I just wanted to smack Peter in the head. He has seen WAY to many Mafia movies and he gives Italians a bad name giving into every stereotype...and the fake tan and WHITE teeth are so annoying

Seeing Peter use his family's business like his personal piggy bankwas so hurtful to see. I just wanted him to leave the restaurant and never come back. He started-off as a selfish jerk who seemed to be the biggest drag on the place, while his sister struggled to pay the bills. In the end, it appeared that Peter had learned his lesson.

Sadly, Peter's closed in the later part of 2008. For the struggles of the sister to keep the place open, not to mention Gordon spending his own money to refurbish the kitchen, it may have come too late to save the place.
