I was blown away by this show, even though it is only one season, it really portrayed how life was after hurricane katrina. Thank you for this show.

Long gone...
I thought the show was well written, especially during a time when 'reality tv' has polluted our television sets. K VIlle had heart, spirit and strong character that you don't find in many of today's shows. Even though the show was short lived, I will always be a fan and enjoy the emotions I've felt surrouding the season.

Good Stuff
I really like this show. The pilot is not the best episode (pilots never are), they get better as they progress. This show does a great job of showing off the city, using various locales and getting down and dirty with it. Gives a realistic feel, even though the plots are trumped up. Too bad it's canceled.

LOVE IT
I think its good show, miss New Orleans, and Love Anthony Anderson, he plays a detective well. Hes real, down to earth, and funny as hell wish they were back on. N I hope that they have other shows or movies to do, and hopefully it comes back out. Thanks Hulu

Had potential to be a good show, but writing could have been better
I was excited about this show, since it was shot on location in post-Katrina New Orleans, and Anthony Anderson was the star. Many people ridculed this, but anyone who's seen him as Antwon Mitchell in The Shield knows that the man can act and is more than comic relief. However, K-Ville never lived up to its potential. I knew its fate was sealed from the pilot. The revelation that Cole Hauser's character gives at the end is a gigantic plot hole that you can drive a fleet of Hummers through. So, he's able to escape from prison in the chaos of Katrina, enrolls in the military, goes to Afghanistan, becomes Special Forces, is discharged from the military, and joins the NOPD (goes through basic training and all that) in a timespan of 2 years. ...yeah. It was nuances like that that made it hard to take the show seriously.
