I heard a very quick "FRAK." It is so hard to distinguish because it is so soft and because we only really hear the aspirated F and the hard K sounds. The R sound is a liquid which makes it harder to distinguish in this instance. One can't really tell much from her mouth moving because the R sound is made by the tongue pressing against the top rear part of the mouth called the velar.
