I heard a very quick "FRAK." It is so hard to distinguish because it is so soft and because we only really hear the aspirated F and the hard K sounds. The R sound is a liquid which makes it harder to distinguish in this instance. One can't really tell much from her mouth moving because the R sound is made by the tongue pressing against the top rear part of the mouth called the velar. See 20 other replies

Well even still, she didn't say frak. B/c it is a webisode they don't have to cover it up. Watch webisode 7, she says it again.

Maybe they've really meant the F-bomb all along... That would be weird/interesting. I guess frak is a whole lot better than a bleep. See 1 other reply

i agree that she said a mix between "frak" and "f**k" so it came out like "fa-*ck!", with no "r" present. See 20 other replies

Watching it with the volume up, and watching her mouth closely, she definitely does not say frak. No "R" sound whatsoever. See 20 other replies

I heard the F-bomb, too. If it was "frak" she had a pretty soft "r", making it sound like the good ol' Earthian F-bomb we all love so.

I agree that she was apologizing for their continued bad luck in not finding the missing Raptor, not for her language. People "curse" freely on BSG, and without apology. (Kinda like me and my pirate mouth!) ;) See 20 other replies
