I love how she says she HAD to move back to Florida. What a crock. She wanted to move back to Florida. For those of you who don't know the military doesn't just kick spouses out of military housing when the soldier goes down range (to Iraq, Afghanistan, Korea, or any of the other numerous places around the world). The spouse may stay in housing during the deployment. If the spouse wishes to move to another place then the military will not pay for the move. They do pay for moving the soldier and family members to new duty stations each time the soldier comes down on orders for an accompanied move. If the orders are not to be accompaied then the family member is allowed to stay where they are in the housing they currently occupy.
