I enjoy this show and try not to take anything too seriously...it *is* fiction and most TV is garbage (hence why I stick to shows that I know nothing about in real life...shows about stuff I'm familiar with irritate me with how off they are), but this is too irritating.There's a *HUGE* storyline flaw with this whole deal with Owen. He's 15. He doesn't get to make decisions about his own medical treatments. His parents would be tracked down to authorize it, or he would be assigned an advocate from the government to act as his guardian. Even David can't authorize treatments on his behalf since he is neither family nor legal guardian.This was just too much of a storyline flaw to miss. It's annoying. It's a big part of the show so far this season and to have a flaw that big shows a lack of quality in the writers...

He is so wrong. I can't believe he doesn't pay more attention to Owen. That makes me so upset. That boy is being raped!!! WTF??? Do something. That is so wrong to know that is happening and not doing anything about it.
