Now here is what I dont get. The US has the CDC, NIH etc but they have to rely on some fictional North American agency called NORBAC, of which 80% of their budget comes from the US but is staffed mainly by Canadians who come to the US to act with unlimited powers, closing down businesses, etc. The folks from that agency constantly rail against US policy, and pretend that Canadian policy is the best. It really gets a bit old. It is now becoming a stretch to believe that the problems that arise can't be solved by the CDC but have to wait on David from Canada to find the answers. There's something Freudian about this scenario.....Canada wanting to be the US!
